Great news – the new Veterinary Nursing Apprenticeship Standard has just been released by the Institute for Apprenticeships!
If you are a small employer (you have an annual payroll bill of less than £3 million) you can now train a VN apprentice for just £1,500 (only £750 per year!). If you are part of a large organisation you can also benefit with all fees now being payable from your levy funds.
All fees are fully inclusive of RCVS student enrolment, awarding body registration and first exam attempts – that’s an additional saving of over £660!
This change is happening now! The College of Animal Welfare are offering the new VN Apprenticeship Standard in place of the existing VN Apprenticeship Framework ready for an apprentices looking to start this September!
