Park Veterinary Centre
256 Cassiobury Drive, Watford, Herts, WD17 3PA

Park Vets are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and conscientious RVN to join our friendly and dedicated team of nurses. This position is full time. Newly qualified nurses or students nearing qualification are also welcome.
We are a large, busy, independent and forward thinking Small Animal Practice with a highly patient focused ethos. Our practice has recently been awarded RCVS General Practice status with Cat Friendly Practice status pending.
Our nurses play a large part in our practice working closely with our vets to ensure the best possible care is given to our patients. We are a training practice and pride ourselves on ensuring that all of our nurses are trained to a very high standard. This position includes working in theatre, hospital ward and pharmacy departments as well as administering nursing consultations with clients.
Applicants should have good practical skills and an ability to use initiative when working alone or as part of a team.
We have a large case load each day that includes dogs, cats and some exotic species. This position would suit an RVN ready for a challenge and eager to expand their knowledge.

Week day hours are between 8am and 4:30pm with 1 longer shift each week from 8:30am – 8pm. Our working hours are sociable and include 3 week days off per month . We employ night staff to care for our in-patients and use Vets Now for our emergency OOH work.
